We ship directly from Europe and the United States to ensure fast and reliable delivery for our customers worldwide.
Over 80% of our orders are shipped to the USA, and we have optimized our logistics specifically for American customers.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Customs & Duties

• Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to additional customs fees.

• For international orders outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or VAT (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

• Returns & Replacements

  All sales are considered final, however we accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was received

  Important:

  • You must contact us before returning any item

  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted

  • Please provide clear photos or videos of the issue via email

  • Returned items must include all original contents and packaging

  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.

  In case of unjustified order cancellation, a minimum 15% cancellation fee may apply due to payment processing costs.
